RM-Terex Delivers Better Paint Quality

Tver, November 24, 2014 – RM-Terex – a joint venture between Russian Machines Corp., a company managing the machine building assets of Basic Element Group of Companies, and a diversified global manufacturer Terex Corporation – reports a completion of a paint technology workshop for chief process engineers, shop managers and painters coming from all manufacturing facilities of the company.
 
Tverskoy Excavator plant – part of RM-Terex joint venture between the Russian Machines Corp., a company managing the machine building assets of Basic Element Group of Companies, and a diversified global manufacturer Terex Corporation – hosted a painting workshop for chief process engineers, shop managers and painters coming from all manufacturing facilities of the company.
 
The workshop aimed to develop the staff competences as well as to provide a suite of recommendations for all groups of paint shop employees to achieve better paint finish controls and consumer attributes.
 
The program comprised theoretical and hands-on training. Theoretical course covered a host of procedures and practices including sophisticated paint technologies. Hands-on training involved testing of the all-new equipment for ITW Binks Ransburg DeVilbiss paint materials now used at the plant. The key was sharing experiences and raising skills required across the entire painting process up to the final paint finish quality control.
