RM-Terex opened two new dealership centers in the Urals

30 October 2018

October 30, 2018, Russia, Moscow. RM-Terex continues to expand its sales and service network across Russia. Two new centers were opened in the Urals this autumn.

The new centers for providing services to RM-Terex customers were opened in Magnitogorsk and Kurgan. Both centers are owned by the Avtodorkomplekt Group, a well-established road construction and specialized equipment dealer operating in the Ural Federal District.

The Kurgan office focuses on servicing customers throughout the Kurgan Region. The Magnitogorsk center is meant to operate as an additional office representing the dealer in the Chelyabinsk Region. Both centers have already started operating; they provide the full range of customer services.

Vladimir Itskov, Sales Director of RM-Terex:

“Building up confidence with the customer for your brand starts from the first days when both the equipment and the servicing company are introduced to the customer. Therefore, quick and easy access to the entire range of services plays a pivotal role when choosing the right equipment supplier. The intention of getting closer to customers was the key factor underlying the decision to open two new centers in neighboring regions.”
