RM-Terex – a participant of the bauma CTT RUSSIA 2018 exhibition

22 May 2018

— RM-Terex is taking part in the International Trade Fair for Construction Equipment and Technologies — bauma CTT RUSSIA 2018 — which is held at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow from June 5 through June 8. The company is going to introduce several new models of its machines at the exhibition.

Over the last years, RM-Terex took a quantum leap in manufacturing and upgrading of road construction machines. It has upgraded its production lines for new models of machines, adopted cutting-edge technologies and introduced its own engineering innovations.

The novelty products that are going to make their debut at the exhibition include TX 220 and TX 300 crawler excavators. Tverskoy Excavator started making machines of this family in autumn 2017, and the first customers have already been able to assess them in operation. New machines are used at major sites of the housing and utility sector, in road construction and for quarry operations. Efficient and easy to control, these machines boast best-in-class horsepower and are adapted for work in challenging conditions, including rocky and frozen soils (up to category IV). Excavators were designed in line with the latest trends in their segment. The basic configuration offers a number of useful options, including a rearview camera, lights for enhanced night-time visibility and many others.

Another novelty product is the TL 150 front loader manufactured by the Chelyabinsk Road Construction Machines Plant. It is a totally new machine for the Russian market segment of wheel loaders with lifting capacity of 5 tons. The model stands out from its “classmates” by the impressive dumping height (up to 3.15 m) and enhanced maneuverability. Its dimensions were designed to allow its travel along public roads and its transportation by any type of cargo vehicles.

Another machine the company is going to bring to the exhibition is the TG 200 motor grader, which opened the way to RM-Terex to the Asian market (the first batch of these machines was delivered to the Philippines last year). It is a family of high-performance machines used both for road construction and municipal work. The TLB 825 backhoe loader is exhibited in the company’s showroom. It is a versatile machine, which has gained good reputation on the market.

The WX 200 wheel excavator will also be shown in the company’s booth. The machine has been manufactured since 2015. The machine boasts the highest-in-class travel speed of 36 km/h. It has a hydraulic circuit for installation of work attachments other than buckets.

Taking part in the exhibition, the company aims to demonstrate the most promising machines of its construction equipment lineup. Today, RM-Terex’s equipment offers much more than efficient solutions to construction, operating and contracting companies; it provides high levels of comfort and safety to operators.

Kirill Epshtein, General Director of RM-Terex:
“Today, when the construction equipment industry is on the rise, it’s great to meet market leaders during the exhibition event — to demonstrate our achievements, to discuss prospects for the development of the sector. For thousands of visitors, the exhibition, in its present-day format, opens up an opportunity not only to get an idea about the leading-edge technologies, but also to feel like a real operator, getting behind the wheel in our machines.”
